Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and condition of hospital interior and exterior surfaces.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, cleaning) and apply paints per specifications.
• Adhere to infection prevention and life safety protocols.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good operating order.
• Perform routine to moderately complex maintenance tasks as required.
