Community-Pharmacy is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure a safe and well-maintained facility, and manage preventive maintenance programs. You will coordinate internal staff and outside contractors to uphold high standards for residents and staff.
Ideal candidates have prior Maintenance Director experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, plus leadership and organizational
Formación
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Director preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare setting (skilled nursing facility) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and facility standards.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure the facility is well-maintained.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and facility standards.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and outside contractors.
- Respond promptly to maintenance concerns and facility needs.
