A leading law firm in Houston seeks a corporate transactions attorney to advise businesses and investors on healthcare deals. You will take an active role through the lifecycle of transactions, including drafting and negotiating deal documents, overseeing diligence, and managing closings.

The role requires 2+ years of substantive experience in corporate transactional work, strong M&A drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of substantive corporate transactional experience.
• Meaningful M&A drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing transaction diligence and closing processes.
• Healthcare industry experience valued but not required.
• Exposure to private equity or investment-driven transactions beneficial.
• Strong academic background and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transaction workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Texas bar in good standing or eligibility for admission.
