Qualifications

• 2-6 years of corporate/M&A experience, with healthcare transactions experience preferred.
• Private practice or law firm experience preferred; private equity experience is a plus.
• Relevant transactional experience from in-house roles considered.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Active member of the Bar in the state of residence, or ability to waive in.
• In-office presence required at least 3 business days per week.
