Liberty Hospital in Liberty, MO is seeking a Distribution and Logistics Specialist to manage order processing, inventory, and product movement from receipt to delivery across internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy, LEAN compliance, teamwork, and use of Microsoft Office tools; full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm with potential overtime as needed. Prior experience in fast-paced environments and healthcare logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced environment; customer service, or distribution.

Responsabilités

• Follow SOPs to process orders including creating, picking, quality checks, packing, loading, and preparing orders for delivery.
• Ensure efficient flow of products from receipt to delivery to internal and external customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates you train with.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety, LEAN, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Work self-motivated in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Unload and sort material for stocking or replenishment between locations.
