Job summary

Novo Health Services is seeking an Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician for 3rd shift to support linen distribution at our facilities. You will transport clean linen and collect soiled linen, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling to prevent cross-contamination.

The role requires basic duties, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evening/night shifts and holidays as needed. Competitive benefits and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or a similar industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean linen in covered carts to designated areas.
• Collect soiled linen from multiple locations and return it in covered carts to the appropriate area.
• Verify and document linen quantities before delivery.
• Perform linen inventory counts as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and Joint Commission standards.
