Job summary

Novo Health Services, LLC is seeking an Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician for a 1st shift from 3 AM to 11:30 AM. The role involves delivering clean linen, collecting soiled linen, and ensuring accurate, safe handling across client facilities.

You will be the primary client contact, upholding our service standards and values. Responsibilities include transporting linen in carts, verifying quantities, performing inventories, resolving client concerns, and maintaining a safe, organized work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare/manufacturing or similar experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with initiative.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for long periods.
• Ability to operate linen carts, equipment, and distribution mechanisms.
• Ability to load items into carts and handle linen stacks.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean linen to designated areas.
• Collect soiled linen and return it in covered carts.
• Verify and document linen quantities before delivery.
• Perform linen inventory counts as required.
• Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• Support with other duties as assigned.
