Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare, laundry, manufacturing, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen to designated hospital departments using covered carts.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to processing areas.
• Maintain accurate linen inventories and monitor par levels.
• Verify quantities delivered and collected.
• Respond to customer questions and service requests professionally.
• Communicate linen shortages or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff through excellent service.
• Ensure work areas and carts are clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety and infection prevention requirements.
