Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Laundry Worker to maintain clean linens and garments in a long-term care facility. You will support residents and staff by ensuring a steady supply of fresh laundry while following infection control policies and safety guidelines.

We value a positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior laundry experience is a plus but not required, and residency within the service area is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work around cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
