Job summary

4Front Technologies, a specialized life safety and security systems design firm, seeks a Low Voltage Technician with hands-on experience in healthcare environments across Ohio. You will install, service, and troubleshoot access control, nurse call, CCTV, and IP networking systems in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

Ideal candidates understand AC/DC concepts, read wiring diagrams, and are comfortable working with tools and in attics or mechanical spaces.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with low-voltage systems and electronic equipment.
• Understands basic AC/DC electrical concepts.
• Understands how relays and basic control circuits operate.
• Can read and follow wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling and electronic equipment.
• Install and service access control systems and electronic door hardware.
• Install emergency call and safety systems.
• Install IP cameras, network equipment, and data cabling.
• Mount and connect electronic equipment, power supplies, sensors, and control devices.
• Troubleshoot DC circuits, relays, switches, sensors, and electronic equipment.
• Test completed systems and assist with commissioning.
• Train customers on the operation of installed systems.
• Maintain clean, professional work areas.
• Travel to healthcare facilities throughout Ohio.
