Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Laundry Worker to maintain clean linens and garments in a long-term care facility. You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute items while upholding safety and infection control standards.

You will interact positively with residents and staff, follow policies, and support daily operations. This hands-on role includes training and opportunities to advance within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior laundry experience is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
