Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Laundry Worker to keep linens and garments clean and available in a long-term care facility. You will operate laundry equipment safely and follow infection control policies to support resident comfort and facility operations.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and good communication with residents and staff. No prior laundry experience is required, but a positive attitude and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work around cleaning products.

Responsabilités

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
