Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare or residential housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, respectful, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways daily.
• Collect and dispose of waste per safety protocols, including hazardous materials.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors in all areas.
• Collect, sort, and deliver linens and personal laundry.
• Restock housekeeping supplies in resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow health, safety, and infection control protocols and use PPE properly.
• Interact with residents respectfully and maintain privacy and dignity.
• Operate and maintain housekeeping tools and equipment.
• Participate in deep-cleaning projects like windows washing and seasonal sanitation.
