Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Manager-Laundry to join our team in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on leadership within Shared Laundry, overseeing daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and reporting to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership and 2 years of laundry experience. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 40-hour weeks with comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressively responsible leadership experience is required.
• 2 years of laundry experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field is preferred.
