Job summary

Allina Health’s Vanderboom Simulation Center is seeking a Learning and Development professional with an RN/clinical background to deliver comprehensive learning solutions across the site. You will assess, plan, design, deliver and evaluate programs in support of the site and system initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, education or related field and 2–5 years of L&D experience in health care. Day shift, 1.0 FTE, located in Minneapolis, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, education or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of learning and development experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in designing the action plan for site initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
• Designs site learning solutions including assessment, planning, design, implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitates delivery of assigned learning solutions using adult learning principles.
• Provides consultation to site leaders and content experts on learning solutions.
