Whitsons is seeking a Food Service Utility Worker to keep our healthcare kitchen running smoothly. You will wash dishes, clean and sanitize prep areas, and assist with deliveries and stocking. Join a team that values safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of Whitsons and government training as required.
• Some kitchen, food service or janitorial experience is helpful.
• Food handling certification preferred; local food safety certification required in any jurisdiction of employment.
• Must be able to speak/read English and follow cleaning procedures; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize food prep areas and surfaces.
• Take out trash and keep storage areas organized.
• Assist with food deliveries and supply stocking.
• Help the team with basic kitchen tasks when needed.
