Job summary

Health & Human Services - Agency 25 is looking for a Food Service Assistant to support Lincoln Regional Center’s dining services. The role involves portioning foods, assisting in meal preparation, serving at the counter, and maintaining sanitation across kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications

• There are no specific education or experience requirements.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen and use of a commercial dish machine may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portions vegetables, fruits, and salads.
• Assists Food Service Workers in preparing a variety of foods.
• Arranges and serves food at the service counter and stocks serving lines.
• Operates automatic dishwashing equipment and ensures sanitation standards.
• Cleans kitchen equipment and dining areas; clears tables and carts for dishwashing.
