Job summary

NHC HealthCare Smithville is seeking a part-time Food Service Team Member to join our Nutrition Services. You will assist with the production and service of patient meals, help with food prep, delivery, and kitchen cleaning, and support daily operations in a healthcare setting.

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with additional shifts during the week as available. Earn opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative team environment await you.

Qualifications

• Assists in receiving and storing food and supplies to prevent waste and assure quality products.
• Scrapes, stacks, washes and sanitizes dishes, flatware, utensils, pots/pans; replaces broken items.

Responsibilities

• All other duties as assigned
• Cleans and sanitizes the dish machine and dish room; maintains a clean, uncluttered work area.
