Job summary

Heritage Valley Beaver is seeking a Food Service Worker to prepare and serve meals for patients and non-patients in a hospital setting. Work hours include daylight and evening shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will follow standardized processes to ensure timely, quality meals. A high school diploma or GED is required, with basic math, reading and sanitation skills. Completion of Acts 73/169 clearances within 90 days may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic math, reading, and sanitation skills.
• Successful completion of Acts 73 and/or 169 clearances within 90 days of commencing employment, if applicable.
• Vo-Tech food service graduate and some food service experience.
• Prefer 2-3 years of experience in a health care setting
