Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or preps menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintains equipment in kitchen to standard.
• Maintains kitchen area to state required sanitary standards.
• Completes all tasks on duty while adhering to safety standards and policies of the hospital.
• Assists chef in preparation of menu and procurement of supplies.
• Follow any dietary restrictions or preferences as noted by the Chef or clinical staff.
• Ensure high level of customer services is provided to clients at all time.
