Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care setting. You will follow menus, monitor food handling, and ensure equipment cleanliness while supporting nutritious, quality meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years as cook in a large-scale cooking operation preferred.
• One year’s work experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor methods of food handling and meal service, and ensure equipment cleaning.
• Safely provide nutritionally appropriate meals to residents to maintain and enhance health.
• Ensure quality food service and nutrition care in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
