This full-time, on-site role requires prior cooking experience and adherence to HACCP standards. Typical schedule Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; pay ranges hourly with benefits. Formación

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and safety procedures.
• Capable of maintaining food quality and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and attractive.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and organizes storage per safety standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to the supervisor.
