Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is hiring a cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals in a timely, sanitary kitchen. You will operate and clean kitchen equipment, follow standardized recipes, and maintain strict food safety standards while supporting clients with dietary needs.

The role requires some weekends with shifts such as 6:00am–2:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm, and pays $16–$17 per hour. A High School Diploma and ServSafe are preferred; experience in food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with policies and recipes.
• Maintains clean and safe kitchen areas at all times.
• Keeps accurate temperature logs and follows food safety guidelines.
• Measures portions using standardized recipes and utensils.
• Receives, stores and rotates food and supplies properly.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses client concerns.
