Zinnia Health in Lake Arrowhead, CA is seeking a dependable Kitchen Associate/Cook to support our residential substance abuse treatment program. You will prepare and serve meals, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and ensure all food service activities follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

You'll work closely with the Kitchen Manager and fellow team members to create a therapeutic, supportive dining environment for clients.

Formación

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Culinary training a plus.
• 1+ year kitchen experience preferred.
• Healthcare or residential facility experience is a plus.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve food according to cooking standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor temperatures and proper storage of foods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Inspect and clean equipment; assist with maintenance needs.
• Assist with inventory, grocery shopping, and food ordering as needed.
• Work collaboratively with Kitchen Manager, Cook, and team members.
