Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in IT or systems analysis, an associate degree in a related field, and proficiency in data analysis and stakeholder communication. Healthcare IT experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a computing, information systems, or business field is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT and business workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gather and document stakeholder requirements for system changes.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support initiatives.
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new systems.
• Serve as liaison between clinical/administrative and IT teams.
• Support end users with guidance, training, and documentation.
