The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include administering software applications, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. This role is critical in optimizing systems to improve performance and reliability while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The position offers a supportive work environment on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in related field; 2 years relevant experience required.
• Ability to implement skills through on-the-job training or certifications.
• Knowledge of multiple computer systems and data management principles.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and stay current with technology.
• Compliance with OSHA regulations and ability to utilize personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple applications and projects; track progress and generate documentation.
• Administer software applications and maintain application security.
• Evaluate, plan, schedule, and implement hardware and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot application and system problems; provide advanced support.
