Job summary

Masonicare is seeking an IT Business Health Systems Analyst in Connecticut (non-remote). The role focuses on translating complex business and healthcare needs into effective process improvements and technology solutions.

You will lead project teams, gather and define requirements, and coordinate with IT staff, vendors, and end users to ensure compliant, efficient systems. The ideal candidate has broad systems knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and at least 3–5 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, business admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare business systems design, support, and development.
• Experience leading small project teams from initiation to completion.
• Experience with healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and direct analysis of complex business issues to solve with process changes and technology.
• Formulate objectives and scope of projects; translate requirements into solutions.
• Gather data and analyze needs with managers, IT staff, vendors and end users.
• Coordinate requirements, resolve concerns, and support user satisfaction with IT staff, vendors and end users.
• Provide testing and modification to ensure effectiveness of current systems.
• Lead assigned projects with plans, timelines, risks, and post‑project documentation.
• Support project teams with analysis, documentation, and coordination.
• Escalate issues and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
