Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related field required or
• Combination of education and relevant experience in systems analysis may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Master's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or application management required
• Experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, and implements information systems solutions to meet operational and clinical needs
• Collaborates with end users, IT teams, and leadership to assess system requirements and recommend enhancements
• Performs system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality
• Supports the implementation, testing, and integration of new applications, software upgrades, and system enhancements
• Develops and maintains system documentation, workflows, and training materials to support end-user adoption and compliance
• Provides technical support and issue resolution, responding to user inquiries and escalating complex problems as needed
• Conducts data analysis and reporting, generating insights to support decision-making and improve system performance
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity, and organizational IT policies
• Collaborates with vendors and external partners to coordinate system updates, patches, and third-party integrations
• Identifies opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and system improvements
• Performs other duties as assigned
