Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT systems administration.
• 3+ years of Windows server administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016, Windows 7/8/10.
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCITP/MCSE) are a strong plus.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer large Windows environment including file, web servers, and Office 365.
• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and GPOs.
• Deploy and update NextGen EHR servers and related applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Lead Help Desk/EHR Technician team and provide guidance.
• Develop, maintain policies and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with teams and communicate incident status.
