Job summary

Community Health Northwest Florida is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team in Pensacola. The role focuses on keeping our technology systems secure, reliable, and available across clinical and administrative locations, with hands-on support for servers, networks, Windows environments, cloud services, and EHR applications.

You will manage AD, Microsoft 365, backups, security updates, and disaster recovery, while collaborating with staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of progressive systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong networking, security, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel between CHNWF locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support servers, networks, computers, and IT infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and access.
• Troubleshoot system, network, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Support EHR and other clinical/business applications.
• Manage backups, security updates, and disaster recovery.
• Provide tech support to employees on-site and remotely.
• Assist with IT projects and deployments of new tech.
• Coordinate with vendors and travel between locations.
• Participate in rotating on-call and after-hours maintenance.
