Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain stability, security, and performance across cloud and on‑premises environments. The role focuses on Active Directory, Entra, VDI, remote access, email systems, and Epic EMR infrastructure, with upgrades and troubleshooting as needed.

You will collaborate with security, networking, and applications teams, provide excellent customer service, and travel between SRHS facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Epic certifications to be obtained within 90 days (and additional within 12 months).
• Minimum of three (3) years IT systems experience; healthcare IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system stability, security, and performance across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Administer AD, Entra, VDI, Remote Access, Email systems, Cloud Storage (OneDrive).
• Manage server infrastructure supporting Epic EMR system.
• Plan, upgrade, and implement new technologies; troubleshoot and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and applications teams to ensure integrity and compliance.
