Job summary

Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Microcomputer Associate to support the health system’s hardware needs across departments. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot networked devices and peripherals to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, two years of college in a human services field, Act 33/34 clearances, and an AS degree in CS/IS or related field. A+ and Network+ are required within a year, with a PA driver license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of college in a human services field required.
• Act 33 and Act 34 clearances required.
• Associates degree in CS/IS or closely related field required.
• Valid PA driver's license required.
• A+ and Network+ certifications required within 1 year.
• One year prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist departments with hardware installation, maintenance, and support on the network.
• Provide end-user hardware support to ensure optimal system performance.
