Job summary

iScribeHealth is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to serve as the frontline technical liaison for our AI-powered scribe platform. You will handle a heavy daily flow of support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate documentation through AI workflows.

A clinical background is highly valued, and experience with EMR/EHR systems, Intercom, and healthcare tech support will help you excel in a fast-paced environment.”

Qualifications

• Clinical background strongly preferred with active or former CMA, RN, LPN experience.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare terminology.
• Experience in customer or technical support, preferably in healthcare tech.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for software/hardware issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries related to healthcare technology products and services.
• Respond promptly to a high volume of calls, emails, and messages.
• Troubleshoot common software/hardware issues including connectivity and login problems.
• Review and customize provider AI prompts to align with needs.
• Reprocess jobs through the AI engine to improve documentation accuracy.
• Assist providers in building macros within the product.
• Document interactions in Intercom and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
