iScribeHealth is hiring a Customer Support Analyst in Nashville, TN to handle frontline technical support for our AI-powered scribe app and services. You will resolve tickets, assist providers with macros, and communicate clearly under pressure.

A clinical background helps you understand provider needs and guide issues to resolution. The role requires troubleshooting skills, knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Clinical background preferred with high-pressure experience.
• Experience in healthcare IT / EHR systems is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication for support roles.
• Ability to follow scripts and defined processes precisely.
• Attention to detail and solid problem-solving under load.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries related to healthcare technology products and services.
• Provide prompt responses to a high volume of calls, emails and messages.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues including connectivity and login.
• Review and customize provider AI prompts on the backend.
• Document interactions and maintain support case records.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 when needed.
• Identify trends and report recurring issues to leadership.
• Build trust and advocate for customers.
