Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to assist with documentation of healthcare records under the direction of on-staff providers, ensuring compliance with clinic, state, and national policies.

You will support AI-enabled documentation tools and the EMR, review AI-generated notes for accuracy, prepare documentation for provider review, and help with discharge workflows and patient communications to maintain efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain a current certification in BLS.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of accurate clinical documentation during patient encounters using EMR tools.
• Review AI-generated encounter documentation for completeness and coherence.
• Prepare documentation for provider review and signature.
• Enter orders and results into the EMR for provider review and approval.
• Assist with discharge workflows and patient communications.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.
