Job summary

Huron Healthcare Technical Associate role within the IT Strategy & Operations team provides project coordination and administrative support across a range of healthcare IT engagements. You will work with technical and project management consultants to implement effective processes and deliverables for clients.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop presentations and reports, analyze data, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Highly organized in project coordination activities, with ability to use AI tools to produce materials and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Advanced or highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or other data analysis software.
• Willingness to travel as needed based on client assignments.
• U.S. Work Authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, scheduling, risks, and documentation.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and support project delivery.
• Conduct data analysis and workflow reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop high-quality deliverables including presentations, reports, and client-ready documentation.
• Coordinate project activities using collaboration tools and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings to present metrics and insights to internal and client leadership.
