Huron is seeking an Associate in Healthcare Financial Advisory to help healthcare providers optimize finances, improve performance and deliver client-ready analyses. You will own workstreams, synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare financial advisory experience in consulting or healthcare leadership.
• Deep understanding of healthcare finance including capital planning, liquidity management and performance drivers.
• Experience in restructuring, turnaround or performance improvement projects.
• Ability to lead complex analytical workstreams with strong project management and client communication.
• Advanced financial analysis, valuation, pro forma modeling and discounted cash flow skills.
• Ability to translate financial concepts into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in healthcare accounting and financial reporting processes and standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project workstreams by structuring problems, prioritizing analyses and delivering high-quality outputs.
• Gather, analyze and synthesize data to develop actionable client insights.
• Build clear client-ready materials including presentations and written deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams to diagnose client challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Support firm growth through proposals, business development, and mentoring junior staff.
