Huron is seeking an Associate in Healthcare Consulting Pharmacy to design and implement value-driven solutions for health systems, hospitals, and clinics. You will lead project work streams, analyze data, and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in clinical and financial outcomes.

The role offers hands-on consulting experience, mentorship of junior staff, and opportunities across enterprise projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years relevant project implementation or performance improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare consulting.
• Experience leading hospital or pharmacy-focused consulting projects with emphasis on performance improvement and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
• Leverage data collection and analysis to identify gaps and risks and develop actionable recommendations.
• Summarize information and present findings to client and internal leadership.
• Provide supervision of junior team members and mentorship.
• Deliver solutions tailored to client needs across healthcare services.
