HTC Global Services is seeking a Healthcare Service Desk Analyst to support clinicians and patients onsite in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on first- and second-level support, using a clinical knowledge base to resolve issues and improve patient care efficiency.

Weekend shifts are required, with strong emphasis on customer service and EMR familiarity. The analyst will work with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Allscripts, documenting issues and collaborating across teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1.5+ years in a Service Desk/Analyst role preferred.
• Basic typing skills.
• Knowledge of Citrix and VPN.
• Experience with ITSM systems for incidents and requests.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.
• Interest in EMR workflows and clinical settings.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls and provide first-level support.
• Document calls and verify customer information and troubleshooting steps.
• Investigate and resolve clinical and tech questions via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide timely callbacks and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base and share solutions with the team.
• Stay current on EMR products and support policies.
• Assist with clinical product-related issues as needed.
• Learn EMR workflows across Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Allscripts.
