Netsmart Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead client-facing programs in our Post-Acute myUnity initiatives.

You will guide projects from planning through delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones align with scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining strong client and internal relationships. The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to drive successful technology implementations for healthcare

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Ability to lead delivery across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication skills to translate status and decisions.
• Proficiency with project management tools, reporting and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring and closure to meet defined scope, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Manage project risks, issues and changes by identifying impacts and mitigation actions.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting and documentation to support visibility and decision-making.
• Guide teams on project methodology, deliverables and standards to ensure consistent execution.
• Manage resource allocation and utilization to optimize delivery efficiency and performance.
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.
