Job summary

Innosoft in Columbia, SC seeks a Project Manager to lead medium to complex IT initiatives within a healthcare IT environment. Responsibilities include requirements development, detailed planning and rigorous execution while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

You will manage schedules, risks, and communications, ensuring timely delivery with quality outcomes. A PMI certification and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• PMI certification such as CAPM, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium to complex IT projects simultaneously.
• Develop business requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans and drive execution to successful completion.
• Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and project activities.
• Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and risk triggers.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality expectations.
• Prepare and maintain project management documentation, reports, metrics and artifacts.
• Provide clear written and verbal status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management, external organizations and third‑party vendors.
• Understand business processes beyond schedule management.
