Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• 3+ years in healthcare IT, information systems, or related tech environments.
• 2+ years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading multiple workstreams across operational, clinical, and technical teams.
• Epic implementation or healthcare EHR project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with large-scale system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Budget ownership and financial tracking experience.
• Experience mentoring project managers or project coordinators.
• Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in a hospital or integrated healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare IT projects and EHR initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate Epic implementations and other enterprise healthcare technology projects.
• Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Present project updates to executives and governance boards.
• Mentor and develop PMs and coordinators to ensure project success.
