Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive IT initiatives across new and expanding healthcare facilities. You will lead technology readiness, Epic preparation, and cross-functional collaboration from planning through go-live.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management within healthcare, strong stakeholder skills, and experience coordinating complex facility openings. On-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in healthcare settings.
• Hands-on Epic environment experience required.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, go-lives, or facility activations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project management for new facility openings and expansions.
• Coordinate with Planning, Design & Construction, IT infra, Epic teams, clinical stakeholders, and operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Oversee end-user device deployments and technology readiness for new locations.
• Establish IT and Epic go-live strategy for new locations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure technology readiness aligns with construction, occupancy, and activation schedules.
• Facilitate technology planning sessions with clinical/operational stakeholders.
• Develop testing, cutover, and go-live plans; manage go-live support and issue escalation.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and proactively manage risks and priorities.
• Support transition from project implementation into steady-state IT operations.
