Job summary

Oracle is seeking an entry-level management professional to oversee a small project-portfolio segment within a healthcare IT environment in the United States. You will manage people, projects, and sales enablement, ensuring profitability and quality of delivery while maintaining customer referenceability.

The role focuses on incident management, schedule adherence, and stakeholder communication, with opportunities for bonus and equity in a large tech organization. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in Cerner Millennium or equivalent EHR systems.
• Proven experience in project management, especially in healthcare IT.
• Ability to develop and refine processes for incident management and service improvement.
• Excellent communication, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve project challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee critical support items on the VA project, managing issues that cannot be resolved through traditional support means.
• Drive the project management lifecycle for incident resolution, ensuring each incident is handled efficiently and effectively.
• Manage deliverables throughout the support project, including milestones and project schedules.
• Provide feedback to the team, customers, and corporate stakeholders when project milestones or schedules are at risk.
• Ensure projects align with the goals and timelines outlined in the scope of work and schedule.
• Communicate status updates to customer stakeholders and internal management.
• Ensure consistency and best practices are utilized while adhering to customer standards.
