Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Migrate user data and ensure proper functionality of refreshed devices.
• Provide white-glove end-user support during the refresh process.
• Coordinate refreshes with hospital staff to maintain workflow continuity.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed refreshes.
