Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Director of IT Operations to run daily technology operations across multiple states and offices. You will lead a 7-person team, manage a modern AI-powered automation setup, and ensure timely IT support for clinical and administrative staff.

The role focuses on hands-on operations rather than strategy, with responsibilities spanning help desk, onboarding, platform administration, vendor management, and IT integration for M&A.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IT operations experience with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience building IT processes from scratch (SLAs, triage workflows, vendor management).
• Strong vendor management and procurement skills.
• Comfortable managing help desk operations at scale (500+ tickets/month).
• Experience with M365 administration, device lifecycle management, and Intune.
• Proven ability to execute strategy set by someone else without needing to own the vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Help Desk and IT Support with a 700+ monthly ticket flow and SLA targets.
• Own onboarding/offboarding lifecycle for IT including accounts, devices, and equipment.
• Manage Platform Administration for M365, Dialpad, Zendesk, and ADP.
• Oversee Vendor Management and Procurement across hardware, software, office supplies, and services.
• Coordinate M&A IT Integration workstream, including playbooks for onboarding and migrations.
