Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT seeks an Implementation Specialist to define and document legacy system usage and support Health Data Archiver (HDA) development. You will collaborate with Data Integration Specialists to validate solutions and document issues between legacy systems and HDA.

The role involves customer hand-off, training, and post-deploy support. Local candidates may hybrid work; others may remote from outside South Bend. Requires a BA or equivalent and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand SOW and project scope with deliverables.
• Lead implementation planning meetings for data and HDA configuration.
• Discuss with customers legacy system usage and future workflows.
• Create HDA specifications from planning activities.
• Identify training needs and adapt content.
• Validate HDA application and document findings.
• Conduct customer training and post-deploy support.
• Develop test plans for customer validation.
• Assist with data source deployment and handover to customers.
• Ensure timely completion of executable project tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
