Job summary

Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking an Implementation Specialist in South Bend, Indiana. This role focuses on interviewing customers to define legacy system usage, validating Health Data Archiver (HDA) development, and documenting gaps between legacy systems and HDA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Understand project specific SOW and correlate to deliverables.
• Lead implementation planning meetings for data and HDA configuration needs.
• Discuss with customers to define legacy usage and workflow needs.
• Create Health Data Archiver specifications from the SOW.
• Identify training needs and tailor training content accordingly.
• Validate HDA application and document findings.
• Conduct customer training sessions.
• Build test plans for customer validation.
• Assist clients and Data Integrity Team with validation efforts.
• Facilitate delivery of deployed data sources to stakeholders.
• Support 30-day post-deploy HDA activities.
• Ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
• Participate in committees as requested.
