Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and documents application changes for assigned applications
• Tests software to detailed specifications and coordinates Go Live support
• Interacts with end-users and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Coordinates issue resolution and tracks project activity and reports to management
• Trains junior staff and develops departmental training materials
