Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or MIS from an accredited college or university.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge and experience in software testing.
• Experience conducting application training to end users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and document application changes for assigned applications; consult with end-users on projects, designs and builds.
• Test software to detailed specifications.
• Identify, analyze, and report on project issues to keep management informed.
• Coordinate resolution of end-user calls and investigate hardware/software problems.
• Provide post-implementation application support and Go-Live plans.
